Detroit-based composting and biomass organization founded in 2011 by Pashon Murray and Greg Willerer. Converts corporate and restaurant food waste into high-quality compost for urban farms and community gardens, creating a closed-loop system that diverts waste from landfills while regenerating urban soil.

Community Feeding

Baba Feed Project

A community food project rooted in the ancient tradition of feeding all who come — without question, without charge, without distinction. Led by a teacher who, as a child, took over an abandoned temple and now builds 'food temples': places where the act of feeding people is itself the practice. One of WholeFam's strongest partners in India and a living model for our Community Feeding wing.

Smile Together India Foundation

Founded in 2019 to support families in one of India's poorest regions — people facing hunger and shut out of basic education and healthcare. The work serves those everyone else steps over: Dalit families, poor widows, the elderly, people with disabilities, women, and children without family support. Rice carried into homes, wool blankets before the cold turns deadly, a doctor brought to a village that has never had one. WholeFam serves as the primary US sponsor.

SubEk Land Centers

Five working community land research centers in northern India, built and guided by Baba Syamsundardas Maharaj Ji — Jungle Baba. Each center is a provisionary land center for community nourishment, offering food, water, clothing, shelter, warmth, hygiene and health instruction and supplies, medical access, and music medicine. WholeFam collaborates directly and constantly with the five centers under Jungle Baba's guidance.
