A quiet, non-performative network of sanctuaries for rest, seasonal living, and mutual care.
Start with a short stay, deepen into a seasonal rhythm, or help hold a home as a co-steward. Gentle daily structure, metta practice, song and earth medicine, and clear safety agreements. Choose your season to find the right entry point for you.

Exhausted women, single mothers, neurodiverse adults, and elders who feel they’ve been holding too much for too long and simply need a safe, quiet place to stop and recover from the inside out.

Helpers, caregivers, activists, and professionals who still want to serve but feel emptied by over-functioning and need a sustainable way to keep contributing without depleting themselves.

People in transition — facing life change, loss, faith crisis, or inner aimlessness— they can’t yet name what they need, but feel drawn toward a new way of focusing their energy more honestly.

“Over it” high-functioners who have cycled through systems, strategies medicalization and self-help programs trying to “manage” their life but still feel unsettled. They yearn to trust the flow of life with simple calm.
In truth we all need all four gestures and re-enact each of them in every breath. But they represent a microcosm of the seasons of our lives and the periods of our growth. Here, they represent doors to get you to the most appropriate place in WholeFam. If they all seem to apply, start at the beginning: ALIGN.

How Do I Know If WholeFam Is for Me?
WholeFam sanctuaries are designed for people who feel it’s time to live differently — even if they don’t yet know how. You might be ready if . . .
- You’re tired in a way that sleep alone doesn’t fix. You know the current situation is not sustainable for you, but aren’t sure how to transition without drama.
- You want quiet and calm, but not isolation. You’d like to contribute to something good while you recover yourself, learn to live in cyclical rhythms, and focus your energy.
- You want to live in a way balances your own heart’s needs with those of your community, one that centers goodness over material things and allows you serve as a sovereign equal alongside likeminded fellow travelers.

WholeFam Sanctuaries Aren’t a Perfect for Everyone.
Not everyone feels at ease in quiet spaces with slow routines. Our framework is not aligned with leader-focused quick-transformation retreats or therapeutic intensives.
Sharing and processing of personal history is contained and structured in supportive times and spaces, with most inner work done privately within through supported, guided, or solo writing and meditation work. The goal is always self-healing.
Our household rhythm containers that ensure calm and quiet in how we interact may feel too tight for some. You may enjoy some of the online trainings to start getting more comfortable before you dip a toe in and try a stay.
